Purchase Process
1.You will receive an automatic generated email confirming your order.
2. Our team will send you a digital proof with the information that you provided in the purchase process 1-2 weeks
prior to the event.
3.Once the initial design has been provided to you, you will have up to 3 amendments before the final approval is sent to you via email.
Once we have completed your awesome favours you will receive and email notification that your order has been dispatched or ready for pickup.
Turnaround Times
For Sticker / edible images only please allow 2-5 Business days not including shipping.
Custom Party Favours please allow 10-15 Business days not including shipping.
Rush Service is available at a cost of $25 but we recommend either pickup option or express post.
For assurance that we can absolutely fulfil your purchase on schedule, please contact us PRIOR to choosing this service.
Delivery
1.Local Pickup up Punchbowl, Sydney – Free
2.Standard Registered Post 3-8 days ( use this option for envelope items such as stickers, tags and wrappers) $10
3.Express Post 1-3 days ( envelope items and also recommend for edible images) $12.50
4. Parcel Standard Post 3-8 days $18 (for use this method if ordering a variety of items or bulky items)
5. Parcel Express Post 1-3 days Parcel $25 (for use this method if ordering a variety of items or bulky items)
6. Please Email us at info@completemyparty.com.au for Shipping quote for Filled option items such as Favour boxes and Favour Bags.
Please note; if incorrect postage / shipping has been selected an email will be sent with an updated quote.
Refund / Exchange
All our items are custom made for each individual customer therefore can not be refunded once items have been printed.
Only cancellations made within 24 hours of the order’s placement are allowed. After that, I can no longer accept cancellations due to change of heart.
A 10% administrative fee will be subtracted from any refunds approved.
As long as the artwork preparation has not been started, you can amend your order. Change requests should be sent through email to info@completemyparty.com.au within 24 hours of order been placed.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and do not share any personal information with third parties.
All personal information is kept secure and is not used for any purpose other than to fulfil your order.
Photos of our work on your order may be used by us for marketing purposes on any platform we choose.
If your artwork has personal images such as photos and you don’t wish us to share on our platforms please email us at info@completemyparty.com.au to advise that you do not authorise for personal images to be used when you place your order or you can add in the comments section when placing your order.
Colour Differences
Due to variations in screen resolution, colours in actual prints may differ slightly from colours on your screen.
Additionally, prints made using edible ink and edible papers will look different than prints made with ordinary ink.
